Manila, Philippines – McDonald’s Philippines is once again making Christmas more meaningful and more memorable for Filipinos, inviting everyone to mag-McDo Muna, take a pause, and enjoy the small moments with loved ones with a limited-time Chicken McDo flavor and Filipino holiday McFlurry flavors.
Exciting twists to McDonald’s favorite creamy vanilla soft-serve, these three flavors serve Filipino holiday feels that are perfect for the in-between moments of the season. The McFlurry Ube with Oreo features ube-flavored syrup with crushed Oreo mix-in, while the McFlurry Choco Pinipig features milk chocolate mix-in with Filipino-style crunchy rice crispies. The McFlurry Durian, available exclusively in Mindanao stores, will excite the taste buds with its white chocolate-based durian flavored mix-in.
“Christmas is full of big celebrations, but some of the season’s most meaningful and fun moments happen in the in-between. With our holiday Chicken McDo and holiday McFlurry flavors, we’re giving everyone another way to enjoy a little treat during the Christmas rush, whether they’re taking a break from errands or sharing a moment with loved ones. It’s one more way to make McDo Muna part of their holiday season,” said NJ Caballar-Azurin, McDonald’s Philippines’ Senior Brand Manager.
Bringing the spirit of McDo Muna beyond the menu, McDonald’s is also preparing exciting holiday activations that will give fans and customers more opportunities to enjoy these flavors while creating little moments of joy amid the Christmas rush. These experiences invite everyone to take a pause, share a McDonald’s treat, and make the most of the little things that make the season special.
“We want our holiday offerings to be more than just a seasonal treat. Mag-McDo muna to enjoy these holiday flavors is an invitation to make time for the little things that make Christmas special. Whether customers have a favorite among the Sweet BBQ Chicken McDo, Ube with Oreo, Choco Pinipig, and Durian McFlurries, or are excited to enjoy their usual McDonald’s favorites, we hope these flavors give them another reason to pause and enjoy a little McDo Muna moment this season,” added Caballar-Azurin.
